• Prices are from $200 to $500 per month for either a private room or a house, open links below for more details:

• We require a $100 security deposit per person. The deposit is returned at the end of your stay. See our security deposit policy.
• Each community area has access to a shared kitchen with high-speed blender, sink and dishes/utensils.
• The community areas produce some food that is shared equally with the other members of the community.
• Food can be purchased from local markets or neighboring farmers, communities or private lots.
• We usually do a weekly community food order delivered to the community areas or private lots for a fee with various payment options.
