General Sale Info

  • There is a 5% share (includes your name on the title) for sale in Fruit Haven 2.
  • It is tied to a 0.75 hectare lot on the east side of the property along the access road, and
  • a 30 meter by 30 meter (98x98ft) “casita lot” – Casa Rohan – by the FH2 community area with a 108 m2 (1,160 ft2) two story jungle bungalow.

Buildings / Infrastructure
The house has 2 bedrooms, a large upstairs deck with breathtaking views of jungle, river, and mountains, a 3/4 bathroom with a hot water rain shower and river stone floor, a compost toilet with plumbing and a flushing toilet with biodigester that can be used to fertilize fruit trees around the house. The house is built with beautiful hard woods, shiplap wood floors and walls upstairs, and natural terra cotta tile downstairs. It has a durable aluminum roof with a gutter system. There is internet high speed fiber optic installed with a working wifi router. It can be connected to the electric grid, however it is currently running on an off-grid solar/battery/inverter/controller system with generator for backup and use of power tools.

The Fruit Haven 1 community house is also a short walk (5min) down the public road and a beautiful natural waterfall, perfect for swimming on a hot day, is a 20 minute hike away. A larger waterfall near the FH4 property is about 30min hike+climb up the jungle stream for the adventures ones.

Casita Lot: Many mature banana plants with fruit, several mature papayas with fruit, some small citrus trees, a few guanabana (soursop) trees, three jackfruit trees (1 already fruiting), a few mangos, producing rolinia trees, a young black sapote tree and about 40 pineapples.
Upper, bigger homestead lot: The whole area has been cleared of forest, a nice big area for future home construction is reserved, pictures and lot layout plans are available.
Fruit trees have been planted: around 40 banana plants, 4 citrus, 1 achotillo, 1 chempedak, 2 durian, 1 iñaku, 3 jackfruit, 1 langsat, 15 mangos, 2 mulchi jigante, 4 marang, 2 mangosteen, 1 rambai, 1 sapote. More grafted trees have been ordered and will be planted soon.
