FH1 lot 1 – Pyramiradora

Located on the top of the hill above the Fruit Haven 1 community area. It is a 15 minute walk to/from the Fruit Haven 1 community area.

• The cost to stay is $150/month per person
• It has a pyramid-shaped clay tile roof.
• Wooden floor (5m x 5m)
• Beautiful view overlooking the mountains
• Walls screened with shade cloth that can be rolled up and secured with a rope.
• Cellular internet available with a Claro (local cell provider) phone sim chip, which you can buy at the airport for ~$7 or at any store in town, and add internet as you please ($10/month for basic data plan “pay as you go”).
• The house is surrounded by a young-ish permaculture food forest of many exotic grafted fruit trees and edible plants, some of which are ready for eating, fruiting jackfruits and others depending on season.
• There’s a second metal roof house that can also be used.
