FH1 lots for sale

Lot 4 and lot 6 are 1 hectare each at 5% share of the property for $8k each.
They both have large mature hardwood trees on the land that can be used for construction or selling, can be used to hook up to the existing lot 2 water intake hose to share the costs of maintaining water access, have road access, must allow a water hose to cross the lot in case nearby lots need it for their water system, and must allow for its maintenance following reasonable terms. You can choose to bury it if it is not already buried.
Lot 4 has a nice stream that can be used for drinking water, road access from the north side of the lot.
Lot 6 has road access from east and north side of the lot that can be dug by hand or with an exavator.

Lot 9 can be purchased as a 50% share for $50,000 or can be split and divided up to 10 lots of 0.8 hectares at 5% share that are priced at $8,000 each (costs extra for survey, mapping and topography services are estimated at $1,000 for each lot to be covered by the buyer).

Closing costs – will be $1400 per share to purchase one lot. $1000 per share if you purchase multiple shares. $1200/each if multiple people purchase their shares at the same time. Read more here: Closing costs.
