Where Things Stand
We’re currently in an important refinement phase of the Fruit Haven structure and governance layers. Together with EcoHubs, we’ve been working through detailed iterations to better align decision-making, responsibilities, and long-term resilience of the project.
This collaboration has helped us clarify how different parts of the system interact—from community participation to ownership structures and infrastructure development.
Finalizing the Proposal
A major milestone has now been reached:
we have finalized a proposal that brings together the refined governance and operational layers we’ve been developing.
This proposal is now being prepared to be sent to the owners within the coming week or so. It represents a consolidated direction forward, integrating feedback, experiments, and collaborative design work from the past months.
Collaboration with EcoHubs
Working with EcoHubs has been a key part of this process. Their input has supported us in stress-testing assumptions, improving clarity around roles, and ensuring the structure we’re building is both practical and adaptable.
This phase has not been about rushing decisions, but about making sure the foundations are solid enough for long-term growth.
