## Introducing RCOS: A New Experiment in Community Living
Recently, we reconnected with Stefan, a former visitor and volunteer, who has been developing an open-source framework called the Regenerative Community Operating System (RCOS). His mission is simple yet powerful: to help communities organize, collaborate, and thrive more effectively.
Stefan has generously offered to facilitate Fruit Haven as a test pilot—completely free of charge—driven purely by his passion for supporting regenerative communities.

## Restarting Weekly Community Meetings
Following a recent live presentation and Q&A session, we’ve decided to move forward with this opportunity and begin testing RCOS within Fruit Haven Ecovillage.
As part of this, we are restarting our weekly community meetings, focused on co-creating our own evolving “operating system” for how we live, collaborate, and grow together.
This is not about rigid structure—it’s about clarity, alignment, and shared purpose.
