Background
In 2023, a participant applied to join the community and later rented briefly on the property. After returning to the United States, the individual completed a land purchase in December 2024. Engagement during this period was conducted in good faith.
Over time, however, concerns arose due to escalating behavior that culminated in two serious incidents.

Video footage shows a physical confrontation inside the home. The resident reports that while recording on his mobile phone, his hand was struck, causing the phone to fall. The resident further reports being pushed to the floor and struck multiple times.

The matter was formally reported to authorities the following day, and protective measures were subsequently granted.
Second Incident — March 1, 2025
On March 1, 2025, a second incident occurred on community property involving another property owner, 73 years old, who owns land in both FH1 and FH2.
Security camera footage shows the former participant walking on the property carrying an axe. Shortly thereafter, cameras were damaged and the main power breaker was shut off, disabling recording equipment.
