At Fruit Haven, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and cooperative environment for all members. Unfortunately, on June 18, 2024, a serious incident occurred that violated these principles.

An individual who was pending ownership in FH1 unlawfully entered the private lot of a long-standing resident—who has been a landowner for over six years and has made significant contributions to the community. Despite the victim’s consistent compliance and non-aggressive stance, the situation escalated into physical assault, property damage, and the theft of the victim’s phone.

This individual had previously been asked by FH1 landowners to stay out of the community area, yet he occasionally disregarded these requests. Due to ongoing concerns about his behavior, the FH1 landowners reached a consensus decision to reject his application to buy land in their sector. Furthermore, the majority of the remaining Fruit Haven property owners agreed that he should not be allowed to purchase land anywhere within Fruit Haven.

For the past seven months, this case has been under review by the prosecutor’s office, and it has now reached its final stage. We are currently awaiting the official resolution.

Fruit Haven was founded on the principles of respect, cooperation, and shared responsibility. We stand in solidarity with the victim and will continue to support the safety and well-being of all community members. If anyone has concerns or needs assistance, we encourage open dialogue to ensure our community remains a place of trust and harmony.
